Zusammenfassung

Chronische Sprunggelenkinstabilitäten erfordern oftmals eine operative Versorgung. Die operativen Behandlungsmethoden werden differenziert in nichtanatomische Tenodesen, anatomische Rekonstruktionen und direkte Reparaturen. Neben den offenen Vorgehensweisen haben sich mittlerweile arthroskopische Techniken etabliert. Im folgenden Beitrag werden die verschiedenen operativen Therapieverfahren dargestellt und deren Vor- und Nachteile sowie insbesondere die arthroskopische Durchführbarkeit beleuchtet.
