Berufsdermatologisch relevante Typ-I-Allergien

Zusammenfassung

Bei der am häufigsten in Deutschland angezeigten Berufskrankheit handelt es sich um die BK-Nummer 5101, schwere oder wiederholt rückfällige Hautkrankheiten, die zur Unterlassung aller Tätigkeiten gezwungen haben, die für die Entstehung, die Verschlimmerung oder das Wiederaufleben der Krankheit ursächlich waren oder sein können. Der überwiegende Teil der Berufsdermatosen geht zu Lasten irritativer oder allergischer Kontaktekzeme. Berufsbedingte Soforttypallergien, die sich als Kontakturtikariasyndrom manifestieren, sind vergleichsweise selten, beinhalten jedoch das Risiko schwerer Systembeteiligung. Die klinische Symptomatik, die Arbeitsplatz bezogene Exposition und Gefährdung durch berufsrelevante Typ-I-Allergene sind dargestellt.
