Primary Sjögren’s Syndrome (pSS) is an auto-immune disorder characterized by salivary and lacrimal glands’ dysfunction and systemic multi-organ manifestations [
1]. PSS has been reported to be most prevalent amongst females with female:male ratio of 20.8:1 [
2]. Neurological symptoms may be the first manifestation of Sjögren’s syndrome in approximately 25% of cases [
2]. Herein, we describe a rare case of bilateral facial palsy as a first manifestation of pSS.
