Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel sollen die einzelnen bildgebenden Modalitäten und ihre Bedeutung für die präoperative Diagnostik dargestellt werden, mit Schwerpunkt auf der Bildgebung mittels MRT und Endosonographie. Nach einem kurzen Überblick über die Anatomie des Rektums – soweit für die Diagnostik mittels MRT relevant – werden wichtige Befundkriterien erläutert, die für ein akkurates präoperatives Staging erforderlich sind. Neben MRT und Endosonographie sollen der Stellenwert der CT und PET-CT sowie die aktuellen Möglichkeiten der Response-Bildgebung erläutert werden.

S3-Leitlinie „Diagnostik und Therapie des Karpaltunnelsyndroms“

Prof. Dr. med. Gregor Antoniadis Das Karpaltunnelsyndrom ist die häufigste Kompressionsneuropathie peripherer Nerven. Obwohl die Anamnese mit dem nächtlichen Einschlafen der Hand (Brachialgia parästhetica nocturna) sehr typisch ist, ist eine klinisch-neurologische Untersuchung und Elektroneurografie in manchen Fällen auch eine Neurosonografie erforderlich. Im Anfangsstadium sind konservative Maßnahmen (Handgelenksschiene, Ergotherapie) empfehlenswert. Bei nicht Ansprechen der konservativen Therapie oder Auftreten von neurologischen Ausfällen ist eine Dekompression des N. medianus am Karpaltunnel indiziert.
