Bladder rupture with uterine rupture is a serious consequence of prolonged labour and may cause fetal and in certain cases maternal mortality. Apart from occasional case reports, this complication is inadequately highlighted in the obstetric literature. Due to lack of specific symptoms and signs, diagnosis is only made at the time of laparotomy. We present an image of bladder rupture associated with incomplete uterine rupture. …
