Zusammenfassung

Wir beschreiben den Fall eines jungen Patienten mit einseitiger Scapula alata bei Neuroborreliose. Diese Erkrankung kann für den Patienten im Alltag eine große Einschränkung bedeuten, für die, nach konservativer Therapie, letztlich die dynamische oder statische Stabilisierung der Scapula in Frage kommt.
