Colorectal cancer [CRC] is the third most commonly diagnosed and cause of cancer related deaths in both genders in the USA [
1].The incidence varies by age and is most common among adults >50 years [
2]. Brain metastasis is rare with an incidence of 1–4% [
3].Most brain metastases develop during the course of disease while the presence at initial presentation is rare. RAS mutation is associated with metastasis in CRC [
