18. Cholezystektomie

Zusammenfassung

Laut der Leitlinie zur Diagnostik und Therapie der Cholelithiasis besteht eine Indikation zur Cholezystektomie bei symptomatischer Cholezystolithiasis, akuter Cholezystitis, biliärer Pankreatitis, Porzellangallenblase, bei asymptomatischen Steinträgern mit Konkrementen > 3 cm und bei Gallenblasenpolypen > 1 cm. Die derzeit als Standard geltende Operationstechnik ist die laparoskopische Cholezystektomie
