In an observational study of 20 patients, conducted retrospectively from 1993 to 2004 and prospectively from 2004 to 2015, two patients [ages and sexes not stated] were described, who developed reduced glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and increased serum creatinine during treatment with ciclosporin for autoimmune hepatitis/autoimmune sclerosing cholangitis overlap syndrome (ASC; one patient) and type II autoimmune hepatitis (one patient). …
