Professor Xavier Montalban serves as Chairperson of the 23rd Meeting of the European Neurological Society, 8–11 June 2013. As head of the Local Organising Committee, he plays a crucial role in organising this important event in clinical and experimental neurology. Professor Montalban notes that the 23rd ENS Meeting in Barcelona offers a wide range of learning opportunities in the various subspecialties of neurology by way of the teaching courses, plenary lectures, as well through the updates communicated in oral and poster presentations.
