To the Editor: Congenital self-healing langerhans cell histiocytosis (CSH-LCH) is a rare form of LCH, characterized by asymptomatic cutaneous papulonodular lesions. These may present at birth or neonatal period and resolve spontaneously [1]. CSH-LCH was first reported by Hashimoto and Pritzker in 1973 [2]. Here, we report a newborn, who presented with papular skin lesions, diagnosed as congenital LCH. Baby was treated conservatively and followed upto 1 y without any relapse. …
