A 13-month-old infant was noted by his grandmother to have an enlarged appearing abdomen. Subsequent examination revealed a large mass palpable in the right side of his abdomen. He was otherwise well, and an antenatal morphology ultrasound had reportedly been normal. He was normotensive and growing appropriately for age. His creatinine level was <30 μmol/L.
