14. Dauermedikation und perioperative Adjuvanzien

Zusammenfassung

Viele Patienten, die operiert oder intensivmedizinisch betreut werden müssen, nehmen Medikamente ein, deren Kenntnis für die Anästhesie und Intensivmedizin von Bedeutung ist. Manche Pharmaka sollten vor Operationen abgesetzt oder in der Dosierung besonders eingestellt werden (► Abschn. 14.14), andere können mit Anästhetika interferieren. Dieses Kapitelsoll daher eine Übersicht über solche Arzneistoffe geben, die in der Dauermedikation besonders zu beachten sind oder die als perioperative Adjuvanzien Verwendung finden (praktische Anwendung ► Kap. 25).
