11. Abdominale Kolposuspensionsverfahren

Zusammenfassung

Abdominale Kolposuspensionsverfahren zur Therapie der Belastungsinkontinenz und der Traktionszystozele waren lange der operative Standard und sind auch heute noch von Bedeutung bei adäquater Indikationsstellung. Ziel der operativen Intervention ist die Rekonstruktion der Unterstützungsfunktion der vorderen Vaginalwand, sodass die funktionellen Verschlussmechanismen zielführend und kontinenzerhaltend auf die Urethra wirken können. Offene abdominale und laparoskopische Vorgehensweise werden beschrieben. Die Kolposuspensionsverfahren sind in der Primär-, aber auch in der Rezidivsituation eine operative Option. Die Langzeitergebnisse der offenen Kolposuspension rechtfertigen unter Berücksichtigung des operativen Gesamtkonzeptes ihre Verwendung und ihr Fortbestehen neben den diversen minimal-invasiven Schlingenoperationen.
