Zusammenfassung

Die chronisch entzündliche Erkrankung Hidradenitis suppurativa/Acne inversa stellt sowohl Ärzte als auch Patienten vor große Herausforderungen. Bis zur Diagnose vergehen oft Jahre, die Rezidivrate ist erheblich. Die Wahl der Therapieoption ist entscheidend vom Gesundheitszustand des Patienten und vom Schweregrad der Erkrankung abhängig. Der folgende Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über bewährte und neue Therapieoptionen
