Es existieren zahlreiche Informationsbroschüren über die Isotretinointherapie, unter anderem auch vom BfArM (Patienten-Informationsbroschüre "Isotretinoin: Was Sie wissen müssen"). Im Folgenden werden diverse Aussagen aus diesen Broschüren zu Kontraindikationen und Nebenwirkungen der Isotretinoin-Therapie vor dem Hintergrund der dazu in Fachzeitschriften publizierten Empfehlungen kritisch diskutiert und bewertet. …
