5. Allgemeine Kontraindikationen, Komplikationen und Nebenwirkungen peripherer Nervenblockaden

Zusammenfassung

Kenntnisse der Kontraindikationen, Komplikationen und Nebenwirkungen sind für die Durchführung von peripheren Nervenblockaden zwingend notwendig. Im Folgenden werden allgemeine Kontraindikationen, Komplikationen und Nebenwirkungen behandelt, die prinzipiell bei allen Blockaden auftreten können. Unter Kontraindikationen werden die Themen Ablehnung durch den Patienten, klinisch manifeste Gerinnungsstörungen, Antikoagulation, Infektion im Bereich der Punktionsstelle und neurologische Defizite angesprochen. Unter Komplikationen werden Nervenschäden, allergische Reaktionen, Infektionen, Hämatom, Intoxikation und spezielle Komplikationen bei Katheteranlage thematisiert. Unter Nebenwirkung geht es um die Sympathikolyse und die Problematik des erschwert diagnostizierbaren Kompartmentsyndroms peripherer Extremitäten.
