Zusammenfassung

Fetale kardiale Interventionen sind Eingriffe, die intrauterin mit dem Ziel durchgeführt werden, die postnatale Prognose einzelner Herzfehler zu verbessern oder, seltener, ein intrauterines Versterben zu verhindern. Die Hauptindikationen sind die kritische Aortenklappenstenose mit „evolving hypoplastic left heart syndrome“ (eHLHS), das hypoplastische Linksherzsyndrom (HLHS) mit intaktem atrialem Septum und potenziell die Pumonalstenose/-atresie mit intaktem Ventrikelseptum. Im Beitrag vorgestellt werden Kandidatenselektion, technische Durchführung, Risiken und postnatales Outcome der einzelnen Interventionen.
