39. Arterieller Blutdruck und Hypoxie

Zusammenfassung

Das Blutdruckverhalten unter Hypoxieeinfluss ist in Abhängigkeit von individuellen Faktoren, Höhe, Umgebungstemperatur, Aufstiegsgeschwindigkeit und Aufenthaltsdauer variabel. Da bei Herz-Kreislauf-Patienten die Belastungsreserve bereits in 2500 m Höhe eingeschränkt sein kann, sind ein langsamer Aufstieg, rechtzeitiges Zurücknehmen körperlicher Aktivität, Blutdruckselbstkontrollen sowie eine entsprechende körperliche Vorbereitung sinnvolle Maßnahmen der Risikominimierung. Für Trekkingtouren bis 5000 m sind neben klinischer Blutdruckstabilität aber auch eine Vorbereitung und solide körperliche Leistungsfähigkeit erforderlich. Medizinisch gut eingestellte Hypertoniker ohne klinisch manifeste Sekundärfolgen sind ebenso höhentauglich wie Gesunde. Unter medikamentöser Stabilisierung des Blutdrucks bestehen keine Kontraindikationen für Aufenthalte auch in großen Höhen.
