Zusammenfassung

IgG4-assoziierte Erkrankungen sind Systemerkrankungen mit verschiedenen Manifestationen, die eine spezifische Pathologie, Serologie und klinische Symptomatik teilen. Verschiedene Verlaufsformen können gleichzeitig oder nacheinander auftreten. Für Gastroenterologen sind vor allem AIP Typ 1, die sklerosierende Cholangitis, die retroperitoneale Fibrose, die Aortitis und Periaortitis, die tubulointestinael Nepritis und eine Lymphadenopathie von Bedeutung.
