Eine 58-jährige Patientin (105 kg, 170 cm) stellt sich mit seit 2 Monaten bestehenden progredienten Unterbauchschmerzen bei ihrem Hausarzt vor. Des Weiteren bestehen Inappetenz, Gewichtsverlust von 15 kg innerhalb der letzten 6 Monate und Völlegefühl. Die Fragen nach Konsum von Nikotin und Alkohol werden verneint. …
