Zusammenfassung

Komorbiditäten haben einen maßgeblichen Einfluss auf die Prognose von Patienten mit COPD. Deutschlands größte COPD-Kohorte COSYCONET liefert Erkenntnisse zu aktuellen Entwicklungen, insbesondere der Rolle von Symptomen und Exazerbationen, der Diagnostik wichtiger Stoffwechselerkrankungen sowie der Blutgasanalyse bei stabilen COPD-Patienten.
