Auszug

Hohe Süßkraft und geringer Kaloriengehalt machen Süßstoffe scheinbar zu einer interessanten Alternative bei Diabetikern mit Übergewicht. Ob das eine gute Idee ist, wird aufgrund von negativen Assoziationen zwischen Süßstoff und humanen Stoffwechsel kontrovers diskutiert. Eine Schlüsselrolle könnte hier die Beeinflussung des Darmmikrobioms spielen.
