Auszug

Ein 80-jähriger verheirateter Rentner, der wegen eines schweren demenziellen Syndroms seit zwei Jahren in einer geschlossenen Station eines Pflegeheimes lebt, wurde wegen zunehmender Gangstörung und motorischer Unruhe mit ständigem Herumwandern vorgestellt. Er nahm nur wechselnd am Essen teil und verbrachte einen großen Teil der Tages- und Nachtzeit mit scheinbar ungerichtetem Herumlaufen. Wechselnd kam es zu aggressivem Verhalten gegenüber Mitpatienten. …
