Zusammenfassung

Im Rahmen von neurodegenerativen Erkrankungen, insbesondere bei der Demenz, kommt es zu einem erheblichen Verlust der Alltagskompetenz bis hin zu einer vollständigen Pflegebedürftigkeit des Patienten in späten Krankheitsstadien. Dieser Artikel stellt wesentliche Einflussfaktoren auf die Alltagskompetenz sowie erste Therapieansätze zur Verbesserung von Alltagsverhalten bei der Parkinson-Erkrankung (PD) dar.
