28. Dopplersonographie in der Reproduktionsmedizin

Zusammenfassung

Diese Kapitel erläutert die Dopplersonographie in der Reproduktionsmedizin. Zur Abklärung der Ursachen eines unerfüllten Kinderwunsches stellt die Dopplersonographie eine wichtige Komponente in der Diagnostik dar. Mit ihrer Hilfe können Tubenfaktor sowie die ovarielle und uterine Perfusion untersucht werden. Die Dopplersonographie dient darüber hinaus zur Optimierung der assistierten Reproduktion.
