Bei den erworbenen Epilepsien des Erwachsenenalters rücken die autoimmun vermittelten Epilepsien des mesialen Temporallappens (mTLE) zunehmend in den therapeutischen Fokus, denn sie bieten neben der symptomatischen antikonvulsiven Behandlung einen quasikausalen Therapieansatz mittels Immuntherapeutika. …
