2. Hämodynamisches Monitoring

Zusammenfassung

Das intensivmedizinische Monitoring steht für eine kontinuierliche oder intermittierende Echtzeiterfassung verschiedenster physiologischer Funktionen sowie der lebenserhaltenden und lebensunterstützenden Apparaturen. Das Monitoring dient der differenzierten Diagnostik, der Überwachung und der Therapiesteuerung. Jeder kritisch Kranke sollte ein „individuelles bzw. patientenorientiertes Monitoring“ erhalten. Die Interpretation der mittels Monitoring gewonnenen Befunde sollte stets im klinischen Kontext erfolgen.
