Zusammenfassung

Das führende klinische Symptom der Erkrankung ist Angina pectoris: Ein Patient klagt typischerweise über ein retrosternales Druck- oder Schweregefühl, das in den linken Arm, den Hals bzw. Kiefer oder den Oberbauch ausstrahlt. Manche Patienten berichten auch nur über Kurzatmigkeit, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Palpitationen oder Synkopen.
