17. Akustisches Trauma

Zusammenfassung

Dieses Kapitel richtet sich insbesondere an die Träger der präklinischen Versorgung, wenn keine Hörtestanlage verfügbar ist. Das »akustische Trauma« wird definiert, typische Anamnese und Untersuchungen und die wichtigsten Differenzialdiagnosen werden beschrieben. Es wird auf Gehörschutz hingewiesen, der Umgang der Bundeswehr und anderer Armeen mit dem akustischen Trauma dargestellt und Empfehlungen zur Therapie gegeben. Auf die Besonderheit der einseitigen Hörstörung im Einsatz wird ebenfalls eingegangen.
