Teratomas are tumors composed of elements of bidermal or tridermal origin [
1]. It can be gonadal or extragonadal and may contain mature or immature elements. Extragonadal teratomas usually occur in the mediastinum, sacrococcygeal region, retroperitoneum, etc. [
2]. The mesentery and bowel are extremely rare sites of teratoma. Very few cases of mesenteric teratoma [
3] and two cases of bowel teratoma have been reported [
