17. Infraklavikuläre Blockade

Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden die typischen Indikationen und Kontraindikationen der infraklavikulären Blockade dargestellt. Spezielle Komplikationen und Nebenwirkungen dieser Blockadetechnik werden beschrieben. Die anatomischen Grundlagen werden erläutert und graphisch illustriert. Nach Hinweisen für die Lagerung des Patienten zur Punktion werden die sonographische Darstellung der Region sowie die ultraschallgestützte Punktion Schritt für Schritt erklärt. Zusätzlich wird ein Beispiel aus der klinischen Praxis präsentiert und mit entsprechenden Sonographiebildern untermalt. Im letzten Abschnitt wird die konventionelle Blockadetechnik ohne Verwendung des Ultraschalls dargestellt.
