Rationale KHK-Diagnostik bei CKD

Zusammenfassung

Die kardiovaskuläre Komorbidität bei CKD(„chronic kidney disease“)-Patienten ist deutlich erhöht. Trotzdem weisen CKD-Patienten häufig eine atypische Klinik auf und sind häufig unterdiagnostiziert. Somit erscheint eine fundierte kardiovaskuläre Diagnostik essenziell. Randomisierte, kontrollierte Studien mit Nachweis, dass eine kardiovaskuläre Diagnostik bei CKD-Patienten zu einer Prognoseverbesserung führt, sind limitiert. Zur Ischämiediagnostik wird die Stressechokardiographie oder die Myokardszintigraphie empfohlen. Die Koronarangiographie stellt den Goldstandard zur Diagnose einer koronaren Herzkrankheit dar. Vor Aufnahme auf die Transplant-Warteliste empfehlen Leitlinien eine kardiovaskuläre Diagnostik.
