Zusammenfassung

Der Einsatz vasoaktiver Substanzen in Anästhesie und Intensivmedizin nimmt einen immer höheren Stellenwert ein, da die perioperative Betreuung von Hochrisikopatiten mit multiplen Vorerkrankungen nicht mehr die Ausnahme darstellt. Insbesondere in der Intensivmedizin s len heute dielherapie von akutem Herzversagen, SIRS t Sepsis mit allen Komplikationen bis hin zum Multiorgversagen eine besondere Herausforderung dar. Damit bekommt die komplexe Diagnostik und Behandlung des Herz-Kreislauf Versagens eine große Bedeutung in der täglichen Arbeit des Anästhesisten und Intensivmediziners.
