Das Krankheitsbild der chologenen Diarrhö wird nur wenig beachtet, obwohl die Prävalenz höher zu sein scheint als in früheren Jahren angenommen. Da die Situation der betroffenen Patienten auch in Deutschland häufig unbefriedigend ist, ergeben sich die Fragen warum das Krankheitsbild in Deutschland so selten diagnostiziert wird und wie die Situation der Patienten mit chologener Diarrhö verbessert werden kann. …
