Zusammenfassung

Lymphknoten gehören neben dem Knochenmark, dem Thymus, den Peyer-Plaques im Darm sowie dem bronchial assoziierten lymphatischen Gewebe zur immunologischen Abwehr und sind durch Lymphgefäße mit den sie versorgenden Körperregionen verbunden.
