Zusammenfassung

Im Gegensatz zu malignen oder benignen melanozytären Tumoren, bei denen auch die Melaninpigmentierung im Vordergrund steht, sind melaninpigmentierte Dermatosen flach angelegt und in der Fläche ausgedehnt. Auch nävusartige und lentiginöse Läsionen in dieser Gruppe treten primär immer fleckförmig in Erscheinung.
