Bei rheumatologischen Erkrankungen treten häufig extraartikuläre Manifestationen auf. Über die systemische Entzündungsreaktion führen rheumatische Erkrankungen oft zu einer Beteiligung des peripheren oder zentralen Nervensystems oder auch der Muskulatur. Daher ist es wichtig, rheumatologische Erkrankungen in die Differenzialdiagnose bei neu aufgetretenen neurologischen Erkrankungen einzubeziehen. …
