Zusammenfassung

Das idiopathische Parkinson-Syndrom (iPS) ist eine progrediente neurodegenerative Erkrankung, die vor allem die Beweglichkeit der Betroffenen einschränkt. Im Verlauf der Erkrankung treten häufig starke Schwankungen der Symptome auf, die eine adäquate Therapie erschweren. In dieser Literaturübersicht stellen wir aktuelle Ansätze zur Nutzung moderner, insbesondere mobiler Technologien bei Diagnose, Verlaufsbeurteilung und Therapie des iPS vor. Auch wenn aktuell noch keine anwendungsreifen Hilfsmittel verfügbar sind, birgt die Entwicklung viel Potenzial zur Verbesserung der Versorgung von Patienten mit iPS.
