Zusammenfassung

Chronische Sportverletzungen des Kniegelenks sind häufig und beruhen v. a. auf Überbeanspruchung und repetitiven (Mikro-)Traumata. Pathophysiologisch können chronische Ansatztendinopathien und Avulsionsfrakturen von Erkrankungen aus dem Formenkreis „entrapment“, „friction“ und „impingement“ bei Sportlern unterschieden werden. In diesem Review stellen wir dabei die kernspintomographischen Charakteristika der häufigsten Pathologien dar.
