Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel wird die Methode Sensiplan ausführlich dargestellt und die einzelnen Methodenbestandteile wissenschaftlich begründet. Sensiplan ist das Resultat einer langjährigen Entwicklung, basierend auf weltweiten Erfahrungen und Forschungsergebnissen sowie auf umfangreichen deutschen Studien. Als aktuell einzig evidenzbasierte Methode wird sie von der Sektion Natürliche Fertilität der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Gynäkologische Endokrinologie und Fertilitätsmedizin (DGGEF) in einer S1-Leitlinie empfohlen.
