Zusammenfassung

Autoimmune entzündliche Erkrankungen des zentralen Nervensystems (ZNS) können, trotz der fortgeschrittenen Bildgebung, diagnostisch eine Herausforderung sein. Fehler können fatale Folgen haben (z. B. tumefaktive Läsionen), da eine falsche Behandlung die Symptomatik verschlechtern kann. Das Ziel dieses Artikels ist es, eine Entscheidungshilfe für ausgewählte autoimmune entzündliche ZNS-Erkrankungen bereitzustellen, um nicht in diagnostische Fallen zu tappen. Primär werden Läsionen im Neurokranium vorgestellt, da entzündliche Rückenmarkerkrankungen bereits in einem vorherigen Artikel ausführlich dargestellt wurden.
