Der Organerhalt ist in der operativen Therapie des Nierenzellkarzinoms als Standard anerkannt. Die OP-Techniken werden jedoch weiterhin diskutiert. Neben der offenen Nierenteilresektion konkurrieren hier die laparoskopische und roboterassistierte Nierenteilresektion. Die onkologischen Ergebnisse sind vergleichbar, Rekonvaleszenzzeiten und Komplikationen unterscheiden sich jedoch deutlich. …
