20. Normale Flussmuster am fetalen Herzen

Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden die normalen Flussmuster am fetalen Herzen dargestellt. Zu den Grundlagen gehören der Untersuchungszeitpunkt und die Geräteeinstellung. Mit Hilfe der Doppleruntersuchung können Veränderungen des fetalen Herzens erkannt werden: Die Besonderheiten der präkordialen Venen, des Foramen ovale, der Atrioventrikular-Klappen (Mitral- und Trikuspidalklappe), der Semilunarklappen (Aorten- und Pulmonalklappe) und des Ductus Botalli/Aortenbogen werden erläutert.
