Zusammenfassung

Chronische Erkrankungen des Pankreas sind ein seltener und heterogener Formenkreis, deren Diagnostik und Therapie eine komplexe Herausforderung darstellen. Neben der chronischen Pankreatitis werden hierzu die Autoimmunpankreatitis, andere Formen der exokrinen Insuffizienz sowie zystische Pankreasläsionen gezählt. Das Pankreaskarzinom soll an dieser Stelle nicht behandelt werden. Dieser Beitrag gibt anhand eines Fallbeispiels einen Überblick über die verschiedenen chronischen Erkrankungen des Pankreas, deren Therapie und Prognose.
