8. Präkonzeptionelle Risikoberatung

Zusammenfassung

Eine umfassende diagnostische Abklärung und die Beratung vor dem Eintritt einer Schwangerschaft können dazu beitragen, Schwangerschaftsrisiken zu vermeiden. Die präkonzeptionelle Beratung umfasst konkrete Aspekte, die Einfluss auf die fetale Entwicklung und den Schwangerschaftsverlauf haben, wie z.B. Ernährung, Gesundheitsförderung, Körpergewicht, gesundheitsschädigende Lebensgewohnheiten, Impfungen, chronische Erkrankungen, psychische, soziale und familiäre Belastungen, Trauerreaktionen und die Wartezeit zwischen zwei Schwangerschaften.
