Grundüberlegungen zu einer operationellen Fadenanwendung mit standardisierten Behandlungsprotokollen

Zusammenfassung

Im Jahr 1968 brachte die Band King Crimson den Hit „Confusion Will Be My Epitaph“ heraus, und dieser Titel ließe sich sehr gut dazu verwenden, die augenblickliche Situation des Fadenliftings zu charakterisieren. Chaos und Verwirrung werden durch vielfältige Bedingungen und handelnde Akteure erzeugt und werden letztendlich dann auf dem Grabstein des Fadenliftings stehen, wenn nicht klare Strukturen und Definitionen möglicher und guter Indikationsstellungen, verschiedene Schweregrade der behandelbaren Indikationstypen und diesen zuzuordnende Materialien und Fadentypen, Behandlungsabläufe und Behandlungsstandards in die Behandlung mit Fäden Einzug halten. Ohne einen Algorithmus für die Behandlung v. a. des Gesichtes, ohne klare Beschreibung der Möglichkeiten und Grenzen des Verfahrens und ohne den langfristigen Aufbau standardisierter Behandlungsprotokolle (und damit vergleichbarer Ergebnisse) wird es keinen wirklichen Fortschritt für das Fadenlifting geben, weil die gezeigten Ergebnisse entweder unbefriedigend oder zu kurz wirksam sind. Dieser Beitrag fasst zusammen, was die Autoren im Laufe der letzten Jahre für die Mitglieder des NETZWERK Ästhetik als Standard ihrer Behandlungen, die mit T‑ICONS bezeichnet werden, erarbeitet haben.
