Abstract

This case report describes the management of maxillary canine with two root canals. The aberrations in the root canal anatomy are a common occurrence; therefore, it is important to expect the unexpected whenever initiating an endodontic treatment. Diagnosis and identification of the number of roots and their morphology is the key factor to a successful endodontic treatment. Intra Oral Periapical Radiographs (IOPA) can play important role in the diagnosis if taken and interpreted properly.
