In diesem Beitrag sollen schmerztherapeutische Interventionen an der Halswirbelsäule vorgestellt werden. Es existiert eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Verfahren, wobei es sinnvoll ist, zwischen axialen Schmerzen (oft arthroligamentär) und radikulären Symptomen zu unterscheiden. Aufgeführt werden durchleuchtungsgesteuerte Interventionen, für die eine gute Evidenz besteht, und ultraschallgesteuerte Interventionen (Vermeidung von Röntgenstrahlen). …
