Vor zehn Jahren hatte sie noch den Ruf einer "Last-Chance"-Prozedur. Mittlerweile hat sich das Image der inversen Schultertotalendoprothese jedoch dramatisch geändert: Hohe Patientenzufriedenheit und gute klinische Ergebnisse bei Defektarthropathien brachten ihr Zuspruch in Fachkreisen ein. Inzwischen wird sie auch bei anderen Pathologien eingesetzt. Was macht die inverse Schultertotalendoprothese so erfolgreich? …
